Using this site, creating an account, following a case, or contacting us through it does not create an attorney-client relationship with Robert Gouveia, Spotlight Lawyer LLC, or anyone else. Do not send confidential information through the site. Robert Gouveia is licensed to practice law in Arizona only.

Accuracy and corrections

Court records change and reporting is sometimes wrong. We label the confidence of every fact and link its source; where a source is press reporting we say so. If you believe something here is inaccurate, write to us and we will review the record.

Your account

You are responsible for your password and for what is done with your account. We may suspend accounts used to scrape the site, harass anyone named in it, or interfere with its operation. You may delete your account at any time by writing to us.

Your data

We keep your email, name, and the preferences you set. We do not sell it. Automated systems that help maintain the database never have access to member data.
